I've led software implementations, transitioned development teams to Agile methodologies, built my own business, managed millions in recurring revenue, and scaled global teams.
I've made my share of mistakes along the way, but I found my why in Customer Success through solving complex problems for customers and removing roadblocks for my teams.
I'm also a mom to two teenagers and have been married for 23 years. I love hunting for sea glass and seashells, and creating art.

During my 12-year tenure, I wore many hats in the business and helped grow revenue on average 14% year-over-year which supported a successful owner exit in 2023. I managed general business operations as well as our client success, implementation, development and support teams.
